The Technology Department of the San Mateo-Foster City School District supports academic excellence by providing an appropriate and reliable technology infrastructure.  Through the use of Technology we support, standards based instruction, professional development and integrated student learning.

Measure L Funds

In February 2008, 75.5 % of voters in San Mateo and Foster City supported the Measure L Bond  in the amount of $175,000,000 to improve the overall quality and safety of the local elementary and middle schools. The Measure L Bond offers the San Mateo - Foster City School District the opportunity to address capacity issues by adding classrooms, restrooms, and buildings, at existing school sites. The measure also allows the District to renovate and upgrade classrooms, large group instruction (LGI), libraries and computer labs .   Through the use of these funds, the technology department has implemented the following:
